TetraQ is the commercial arm of the Centre for Integrated Preclinical Drug Development (CIPDD) at the University of Queensland based in Brisbane, Australia.
Operating a commercial and regulatory compliant preclinical CRO successfully for many years from within an academic organisation has proven to provide the best of both worlds: commercial and academic. As CIPDD’s primary focus is applied preclinical drug development, the centre and the wider university environment provide an invaluable resource of expertise and high-tech capabilities accessible to TetraQ as shown under Capabilities.
This has enabled TetraQ to go beyond traditional preclinical testing services and gain experience with a variety of molecules, biologics and monoclonal antibodies as well as having collaborations with researchers in the fields of high-throughput screening, pharmacogenomics, bioinformatics, medicinal chemistry and related disciplines to assist clients in evaluating and validating new leads.
